All products purchased on mitolambretta.com are new and therefore have the guarantee pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree under. 2.02.2002 No. 24 that Italy has implemented Directive 1999/44/EC on guarantees for consumer goods.

A "GUARANTEE" means the repair or replacement free of components or parts of the object recognized by manufacturers as defective in manufacture or materials. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage to subsequent loss, loss of use of the product, damages resulting from loss of information stored by the client in any form. Furthermore we assume no liability for any damage that may, directly or indirectly,  result to persons, things or animals as a consequence for failure to comply with the requirements specified in the special booklet on operating and, especially, warnings concerning INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF PURPOSE.

The WARRANTY is recognized to those buyers who will submit the certificate contained in the package (if any) and above the original purchase invoice to an Authorized Service Center with the product of which you are requesting a repair.

For consumers, that is,  who purchase for purposes unrelated to his occupation or business, will apply to the Legislative Decree 2 February 2002, n.24. - Art. 1519-bis and following d.c. - (Two years under the terms of the Act); For other buyers, who usually purchased without VAT, will be worth of legal safeguards provided for in Articles 1490 et seq cc (one year the conditions of the Act). It remain nevertheless subject to any extensions of guarantees issued directly by the manufacturer.

FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
The warranty is kind of carry-in (at service centre) except in the case of DOA or product that already shows not working on arrival (see the post sale).

Warranty Period for the period indicated, from the date of invoice. on all parts of the product not subject to wear due to failures to faulty manufacture. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by carelessness, incorrect use and installation and not meeting the warnings and information appearing on the  manual or installation instruction, by misuse, by abuse , from deterioration, lightning, atmospheric, and surges.

Current, inadequate or irregular supply of electricity, adaptation or modification, it ''the damage caused by misuse or inconsistent with the technical and / OR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH PROPERTY IS USED. If during the warranty period, one or more parts are replaced with a part for repair or parts not authorized by its manufacturer, or do not comply with security measures and appropriate quality for the same, or if the repair is carried out by unauthorized personnel, the buyer loses the right to repair under warranty. Parts subject to consumption considered normal wear and tear such as batteries, light bulbs, bearings, clutches, cylinders and pistons, crankshafts, expansions, gear motor, gaskets, etc ... are excluded from this warranty
