Best Bike Srl, according to art. 13 of Leg. Dec. 30.6.2003 no. 196, informs its clients, suppliers and or members that: a) the personal data (hereinafter Data): 1- is necessary for providing the services of the site and any refusal to provide it implies the impossibility of Best Bike Srl to fulfil the request; 2- can be used for commercial, promotional and/or sales purposes as well as for statistics with the purpose of monitoring the level of satisfaction of the client on the quality of the services offered and on the activity carried out to improve guidance to the needs of the client, identify potential clients of each product and service, as well as to send by e-mail, letter, telephone, publicity material, etc. and technical/general and commercial/promotional information and services of Best Bike Srl. b) The data can be stored directly by Best Bike Srl and other partner, and used for commercial information, trade inquiries promotional products or services offer. c) The data is processed using manual, I.T. or telematic means by Best Bike Srl. In every case data processing occurs with a strictly correlated logic to the aims indicated above and in every case to guarantee safety and secrecy of data, which will be managed and protected in areas where access is constantly controlled. d) Best Bike Srl legal office is in Via Duca degli Abruzzi, 47 - 37060 Pizzoletta di Villafranca (VR) e) In relation to processing of the aforementioned Data, the client according to art. 7 of the Leg. Dec. no. 196/2003 has the right to obtain from Best Bike Srl: 1- confirmation of the existence or not of its Data, its communication in comprehensible form and the knowledge of its origin; 2- cancellation, within a congruous term, of its Data, its transformation in anonymous form; 3- updating of the Data, its correction or, when there is interest, its integration. The permission for processing and the aims at this point is not compulsory; following a possible refusal Best Bike Srl will handle your Data only for the purposes indicated at the preceding point.
